Have used this service for several years--asked them to replace a faucet in my daughters bathroom--after installation--with clearly damaged( deeply scratched ) sink- we asked a supervisor to come out. He promptly did so and assured us that this work was not up to their standards and would repair or replace the damaged materials----never heard from them again--call, call , call and NOTHING--- they post all the positive reviews but we are VERY disappointed and left with a dmaged sink :(

Eric Ponder from Plumb Works rescued us twice from an incredibly frustrating failed dishwasher installation that we had originally hired a Home Depot crew to do. Eric was courteous, kind, professional, able to explain exactly what he was doing and why (and why not one, but two Home Depot crews couldn't finish the job), up front with the estimate, and responded quickly on both occasions (next business day for the first call, and same day for the second). We should have called him to do the job in the first place.
Great service. Friendly employees. Always leave work spaces near and clean. Leslie is the best!

Plumbworks replaced a hot water heater in my house. The installation seemed quick. The installer informed when done and said the heater would provide hot water in 1–1.5 hrs. Lines were flushed on air and had already provided some hot water. Checked .5 hours later and hot water. The replacement heater was wider by two inches. The access to the location needed to be enlarged. Be prepared to make the change easy.
Plumb Works recognises me as a customer when I call. They are always friendly and courteous. The plumbers, Andrew and Leslie, who have serviced my home at different times, are the best. They are personable, professional, and they fix the problem. I met Josh today. Great guy!
