Andrew was great. He showed up early and got right to work. Left the place better than he found it.
Vann is probably the best plumbing technician that I have ever met. After examining my leaking toilet and faucets carefully, he took time to explain to me clearly and in details about the problems that I had and recommended several venues for me to consider in fixing the problems. Spencer was professional and very nice. We discussed options before proceeding and once he started it went smoothly. He cleaned up after, left his card and the invoice. I'd call them again and would recommend them to all.
Plumb Works was prompt in scheduling and servicing my repairs and I found the technician to be very professional and knowledgeable.The price is more than I am accustomed but it was well worth it knowing I would not have the problem to reoccur.
Called Plumbworks re: a leak under the kitchen sink this morning and was scheduled for an afternoon appt. Received a call from them that an earlier opening had appeared and would I like it? Leslie, my plumber, appeared shortly thereafter. She quickly diagnosed the source of the leak (disposal) and as she had what we needed in her truck, she replaced and tested it immediately. Everyone I dealt with at Plumb Works, Erica, Spencer and Leslie did an outstanding job, first, late at night, with the drainage of our existing broken water heater, and then - the morning after - replacing the old one.
