Verified Renter The management is something I've only dreamed of with apartments. I've heard horror stories about awful apartment staff, but this is NOT what platform 14 has to offer. The staff is the best and is always welcoming and friendly. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. We are loving our new home and the location is fantastic. Could not be happier.

Verified Renter Pretty good place to live for the price and closeness to the MAX line. But it's not without it's issues. Living in an apartment facing Cherry Ln was not a good choice for me. I am a light sleeper and the street noise is so loud! Trucks come at 4/5am in the morning to unload. I've been in areas that restrict trucks for businesses/trash until 10am in the morning to reduce this problem but Platform 14 does not do this. Also didn't love walking through swarms of flies every time I wanted to get to the parking lot... read more
Verified Renter The on-site staff at Platform 14 are friendly, professional and courteous. They foster community spirit, even during COVID, with online treasure hunts, snacks delivered to our doors, and such. Whether calling or emailing a concern, they respond promptly. The building is lovely, but the Staff make it great to live here!
