Great Apartments in the Heart of Orenco Station I love living at Platform 14! The building is beautiful, new, and well maintained. There is an elevator at each end of the building which is a lifesaver when moving in. The giant skydeck is an amazing place to hang out and relax. It is very quiet for an apartment building which is so nice. I've only had to ask for a maintenance request once, and it was fulfilled in a timely fashion. Platform 14 Is Pretty Great. Orenco Station is Awesome. Platform 14 has a lot to offer. There's a sky-deck with a community garden, a tap house outside on the corner, volleyball, basketball, a gym with a racquetball court, a pool, and a few lounges to work in peace and quiet without distractions. (The gym and pool are actually part of the condos amenities next door which Platform 14 residents get access to.) There are plenty of different floor plans, all include washer, dryer and dishwasher.
