Verified Renter I do not have many complaints about living at Platform 14. I have been spending much of my time in my apartment in recent months due to Covid-19, and my apartment has essentially become my office. My main complaint is that there seems to be landscaping, or some other form of work, occurring many days during the week. It would be nice if this could be less frequent as the noise interferes with work-related calls.
Too noisy Terminate my lease and run away. Living in this apartment make you crazy because of the noise from everywhere. From street there are all kinds of cars, trunks and buses. From room there are machine vibration make you cannot sleep. Super expensive compared with other apartments that have private balcony nearby. Parking is limited. You never know when you will get a parking lot even if the parking fee is $100/mo.
Verified Renter During the leasing process, everyone was super helpful and patient. Move-in was easy and the apartment is exactly as it was depicted. I love the outdoor patio and surround community and happy I chose to live here. Also having recycling bins easy and ready to use is super helpful too!
