Like if you are moving to early and they are still not in the office they make accesible to pick up your keys, this is the first aparment that i been that make your life easier on all aspects. I got a card from the team at Platform14, saying that if we needed anything to let them know. I've NEVER had that kind of customer service from any apartment, in my life. The amazing people that do everything they can to improve and make residents happy is off the charts, unbelievably incredible. We never want to leave Platform14
