Verified Renter All in all, my experience living at Platform 14 has been a positive one. The property offers all the amenities I was looking for in an apartment home. I especially appreciate the first rate office, maintenance, and housekeeping staff for all they do to make this a great place to live.
Verified Renter The units are nice, but there are some small items that are annoying. - The metal blinds are absolutely terrible to manage and unsightly. - There is a stain that was here before I moved in directly in the middle of the unit that isn't visible after a quick vacuums, but reappears a couple of days after. - The kitchen sink faucet is cheap and already breaking at the head. - The hallways on the third floor are riddled with stains, and it is embarrassing for a "luxury" apartment. I looked at many places and this staff was by far the most helpful. Im so thankful for all they did to make it a smooth transition.

Like if you are moving to early and they are still not in the office they make accesible to pick up your keys, this is the first aparment that i been that make your life easier on all aspects. Even with the application always no matter how many time you call they help you with all the questions providing excellent information to complete your application.

I got a card from the team at Platform14, saying that if we needed anything to let them know. I've NEVER had that kind of customer service from any apartment, in my life. The amazing people that do everything they can to improve and make residents happy is off the charts, unbelievably incredible. We never want to leave Platform14
