Verified Renter I absolutely love the layout of this apartment: 2 bed, 2 bath, 1248 sq ft. It's been a pleasure having this much space and storage. I love that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate sides of the apartment, for privacy. That has been great when I have overnight guests. Having ensuite laundry is also a plus. The Orenco Station area is extremely walkable, and very close to transit, eateries, supermarket, etc. - even Chiropractic and Dentist. I love it here! I looked at every elevator apartment building in the area and I chose Platform 14! The manager, Brittany, upon meeting left such a positive impression it made my decision easy. The entire team here is outstanding. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help. The building is kept spotless and they always have holiday treats and coffees in the AM every few weeks. A year round jacuzzi and gorgeous pool and clubhouse. The team has created a good culture in the building!

Verified Renter I very much like the building and how close I am to work. The staff is aways pleasant to work and talk with, and I appreciate the events they have. My only gripe is the value. I get living in Orenco Station and being so close to Intel comes at a cost, but my previous apartment was about as close and seemed to offer slightly better value at the expense of not being in downtown Orenco.
