I like my bedroom, which is larger than my last one, and I like all the closet space with shelves. I like the close access to the MET line and nearby shopping; it is a very convenient area.
Noisy hotel Although it is an up and coming location with the MAX right at the corner and new restaurants and parks around... Living at Platform14 is like living at a busy and noisy hotel. People are inconsiderate and shout and yell as loud as possible even at late hours of the night. You can hear the shower and dryer in the walkways and when people run the whole apt shakes. Staff Future residents of platform 14, If you are planning to sign a lease for an apartment at platform 14 do so. You will find a very pleasant staff. The maintenance team has a very can do attitude and always goes out of there way, you will find that they take care of there tenants very well and do not cut corners. You will find the leasing office to have a very positive atmosphere, willing and capable of dealing with any problems that may arise. Great Apartments in the Heart of Orenco Station I love living at Platform 14! The building is beautiful, new, and well maintained. There is an elevator at each end of the building which is a lifesaver when moving in. The giant skydeck is an amazing place to hang out and relax. It is very quiet for an apartment building which is so nice. I've only had to ask for a maintenance request once, and it was fulfilled in a timely fashion. Platform 14 Is Pretty Great. Orenco Station is Awesome. Platform 14 has a lot to offer. There's a sky-deck with a community garden, a tap house outside on the corner, volleyball, basketball, a gym with a racquetball court, a pool, and a few lounges to work in peace and quiet without distractions. (The gym and pool are actually part of the condos amenities next door which Platform 14 residents get access to.) There are plenty of different floor plans, all include washer, dryer and dishwasher.
