Verified Renter It is near where I work. I like access to the wonderful facilities at the Clubhouse. I like the community feel of Orenco Station Parkway. I like my bedroom, which is larger than my last one, and I like all the closet space with shelves. I like the close access to the MET line and nearby shopping; it is a very convenient area.
Noisy hotel Although it is an up and coming location with the MAX right at the corner and new restaurants and parks around... Living at Platform14 is like living at a busy and noisy hotel. People are inconsiderate and shout and yell as loud as possible even at late hours of the night. You can hear the shower and dryer in the walkways and when people run the whole apt shakes.
