Verified Renter The place is pretty average for the area, I think. The staff have always been very nice and attentive. However, the room appliances kinda feel like they are showing their age. I don't really use any of the public amenities, so I cannot really comment on those, except to say I find the recent remodel was not in a style I can appreciate, especially with white hallway carpeting in a pet-friendly building... Verified Renter I love living here at Platform 14. Perfect location and the amenities are excellent. I feel sad and bad that I have to leave due to a job change. Otherwise, I will continue to live here. If I ever find myself moving back to Portland, I will definitely come back to Platform 14.

I especially appreciate the first rate office, maintenance, and housekeeping staff for all they do to make this a great place to live.
