I like the area, the building is kept up well, and community seems quiet enough. I've noticed very little I've had to fix or touch up myself. Overall my specific unit has also been kept up well.

Verified Renter The place is pretty average for the area, I think. The staff have always been very nice and attentive. However, the room appliances kinda feel like they are showing their age. I don't really use any of the public amenities, so I cannot really comment on those, except to say I find the recent remodel was not in a style I can appreciate, especially with white hallway carpeting in a pet-friendly building... Private rooms have no built-in AC, and floors creak A LOT. Parking in the area is a nightmare and the cost... read more

Verified Renter I love living here at Platform 14. Perfect location and the amenities are excellent. I feel sad and bad that I have to leave due to a job change. Otherwise, I will continue to live here. If I ever find myself moving back to Portland, I will definitely come back to Platform 14.
