Verified Renter I have lived at Platform 14 for 2.5 years and it has been a fantastic place to live. The staff - both office and maintenance - have been friendly, prompt, and helpful. They take urgent requests seriously and respond quickly to even routine questions. Communication between renters and staff is transparent, honest, and informative.
Verified Renter Limited experience with the leasing office staff, but so far so good. Colleen has been nice to work with. I like the area, the building is kept up well, and community seems quiet enough. I've noticed very little I've had to fix or touch up myself. Overall my specific unit has also been kept up well.
