Wow didn't realize there were so many others with this blood disorder. I just found out that I was diagnosed with ITP since this passing New Years. On week 1, I went from 8 down to 5. On the 2nd week, I went up to 240 - most likely due to IVIG and temporary use of Dex. But this week (week 3), I am back down to 5 and have once again been prescribed with dex for 4 days. The next step may be prednisone if normal platelet counts cannot be maintained. The doctor also briefly mentioned chemo and spelnectomy. Would anyone be willin... read more

Hello I am sai I was diagnosed since dec2013 at that time I don't have any idea about what is itp I do research until I understand what is means...I am also blessed i found this pages I known people who struggle itp, when times I'm down I just post and they gave me a advice and it helpful for me...not physically but emotionally...�My fight is also our fight let's keep in touch and the Battle cames into end...ur always in my prayers my fellow itp..just pray me also..
