I had a wonderful experience with Dr Tennyson. I haven’t gotten that type of caring in a while. I love Dr Tennyson. She is a great Doctor. I am recommending her to any who would like a great Doctor. Sylvia H. Fitch
Sorry I really can't say much I liked much about this place. Very professional (for those who could understand) what they were talking about. But for me (couldn't understand a word) it was confusing. For the prices charged, also bothered me that the PATIENT was required to go out and buy a list of products needed for the tests I(and insurance) was paying for. I have a really large kidney stone and need surgery next week, but Dr. Patel's office only gave me pain medicine for a few days. They don't care about patients, just as pharmacies don't. Why are all our doctors Indian now? Our doctors aren't good enough, so we need to import the whole of India here just to have doctors? It's an agenda, just as the COVID scam and depopulation shots. Now they'll be dealt with.
Nobody should have to wait on hold for 20 minutes just to get cut off. Took several attempts over days to get an appointment. Last time I had a scheduled procedure I waited over 3 hours. They told me my appointment time was approximate! I’m very disappointed with the way this practice is run.
I AM EXTREMELY DISTURBED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE BALLAD HOSPITALS WHO APPEAR TO BE PRIMARILY CONCERNED IN PROFIT OVER GOOD MEDICAL HEALTH CARE. I KNEW WHEN THEY FIRST ENTERED THE EAST TENNESSE AREA THAT LARGE NUMBERS OF EXCELLENT CAREGIVERS WERE LEAVING IN DROVES IN SEARCH OF JOBS ELSEWHERE AND A GREAT MANY WERE SIMPLY LET GO. Being a patient at St. Joseph's Hospital Emergency was the worse hospital experience I have ever had. Don't go there! They are severely under-staffed and cannot provide quality care. I was there with extreme pain and had to sit in a freezing cold room for at least 32 hours with 8 other patients. The bathroom was a disgrace, and I never saw a cleaning person come in. We all had recliners and had long waiting times. HIPPA was not followed. We all heard everything about their reason for being there. I was finally moved to a ... read more
Complete incompetence. 2 minutes into the first visit, she recommended surgery. Signed me up for expensive tests, then did not bother to follow up. After weeks of calling and emailing the office, with promises that she would get back to me, I gave up and went to ONS.
I was admitted for a week and I can’t think of a single thing negative. Everyone was amazing! The nurses were extremely attentive and went above and beyond for me. They constantly updated me on my condition. Best Care Anywhere!!!
