The staff is very friendly, Leann the first person you meet is always there with a smile to greet you . Maria always willing and goes out of her way to make sure all is well. Claudia , calls back answers questions goes out of her way to make sure all my comp things are in order .Grace is always pleasant and very social. The x Ray ppl are pleasant . The Doctor and his staff are wonderful. So kind and considerate, answer all the questions. Had lots of hand out information. It might be a little too much. You may want to consolidate the information from the Doctors office and the one that the hospital gives out. It was a lot repeats. The class was great. Thank You
Dr. Crooks and the staff at Pinnacle Pain and Spine gave me my life back. They treated my back and sciatic pain and helped me get back to the things I love to do, like tennis, zumba and hiking. I am so happy I went to Dr. Crooks. The compassion and kindness of the staff is exceptional and Dr. Crooks really takes the time to listen to his patients. I highly recommend PP &S.
Doctor Crooks is the ââ¬Åbest of the bestââ¬Â when it comes down to his breadth and depth of clinical knowledge. I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted and Doctor Crooks was with me every step of the way. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure completely and is very thorough with his follow up. I would not hesitate recommending his professional services to anyone.

As a competitive cyclist and runner, personal trainer, and tennis player chronic spine and nerve pain had me feeling without hope. I have had 8 spine/neuro surgeries as a result of a very traumatic cycling accident that left me with temporary paralysis and nerve damage. I have been a patient of Dr. Crooks for over 4 years. When my former pain doctor left and they assigned me to Dr. Crooks I was very upset because I had a very good relationship with the doctor I had been seeing for over a year. At my first appointment all my doubts vanished, and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Crooks really listens to you and has great empathy. You are not just another patient. Also the whole staff there is the best. They go the extra mile to help you.
I've had back pain for years and have done just about everything to relive the pain. The pain level was about a 7 or 8. Now it is around a 3.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Crooks and every single one of his staff. Every time I visit I am greeted with a smile and recognition. It's like family reunion time without the drama! I have been suffering with back pain for so long I have forgotten what it's like to bend down without pain. Dr. Crooks has helped me remember that! I am so happy with my treatment and leave every time with a smile on my face - even after having been shot up, burned and bandaged, and that's not something you can often say!
