I haven’t even gotten to my surgery date and have already experts condescending staff and their insensitive and rude behavior! I called to inform about a special circumstance and was treated like an annoyance!

Had to give it 1 star since the software requires it.  Run away from this place for maintaining your health and well-being. Staff polite but shrug about the screw ups so common here .  “Sorry, it is just that way”.  No patient parking is available. Had to walk my 90 year old FIL about half a mile away to his appointment. He has dementia, but I I was not allowed in with him.   I could go on with more examples but what is the point!

I had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Sharma this morning. It was a 5-Star experience except for the post-procedure process. RN Christine Lee was extremely rude during the process. She was curt when answering any of my questions but what was completely unacceptable was the way she snatched the oxygen tube out of my nose and off my face without warning or uttering a word. Finally.......someone who understands what I am experiencing with my condition. Very easy to talk to her and explain my symptoms and finally get some answers that I have been seeking for many years. I would recommend her to everyone who needs someone to listen and make suggestions to help with your condition. Helen Denny

I am a physician. My mother was hospitalized there three times. Only residents are allowed to place orders in the ICU. They were placing inappropriate orders and not conferring with specialists who were already seeing my mother in the hospital. In addition, doctors and nurses were not coordinating care when she needed fluid restrictions for low sodium. Several times they didn’t put her back on the correct home medications when she was discharged. Another time they discharged her to a rehab facility which was not prepared to ... read more

Today my birthday and I'm stuck here on the 4th floor. The nurses gave me a card which is more then I got from any one else for many a year. Thank you. It really shines. In fact if I wasn't so worried about my dogter I wouldn't mind staying. Thanks again

Don't you dare go here. My mom has a serious disease, she was there for a week, she just kept getting worse, and decided to dismiss her. If you had something that could cause septic shock; DO. NOT. GO. TO. THIS. HOSPITAL.
