I love working with Jessica (FNP) and Dr. Crooks. They are caring and compassionate, Over the past 3 years, my pain has become less and more manageable. However, the back office staff is less than par. I've had Rx not filled, as well as scheduling, billing, and prior authorization screw-ups. I've contacted the practice administrator via emails and phone messages, however, Morgan Martinez chooses not to respond.
Dr. Crooks rocks the pain world! He has helped both my husband and myself with our back, shoulder, elbow and neck pain. He really listens to you and has a wonderful bedside manner! His staff is wonderful too! Maria and Ramona are both so sweet and helpful. I would not hesitate to refer people this his practice. Very satisfied!
Dr. Crooks and his staff have treated me with respect and personnel care and concern for my wellbeing. From my first contact. I had left an email request on their website, it was less than 24 hours Bethany called me back, she explained the Stem Cell procedure to me in a language that I could understand, made me fell comfortable and she was able to set me up with an appointment for an evaluation. I can not say enough good things about Dr Crooks and the Pinnacle Pain Staff/Team. I had back pain for nearly 3 years and Dr. Crooks has given me the ability to a full night sleep after my procedure. I was hesitant at first as I fear injections but the staff and Dr Crooks do such a great job at making me feel better. I greatly appreciate his time and consideration, he is a very caring person and a GREAT physician. I highly recommend PPSC- Thank you Dr Crooks!!!!
Dr. Crooks is amazing! Both my mom and hubby have had excellent results. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. The staff is efficient, fun and kind. If you have pain, this is the place to go. Way better than taking pain prescriptions with all of their side effects! Grateful to have found them.
OMG, what a different I felt since my treatment! My story goes back to March of 2017 as I woke up one day with severe sharp pain on my left leg I didn't know what was the problem I thought I pulled a muscle or hurt it in a way so I keep wrapped it till the pain keep getting worse and worse then I went to my orthopedic doctor so he made me a cast that I put it on at night so my leg will stay straight but that didn't help and between that I keep going to my family doctor and finally she said go to vein doctor so I went and did... read more
During my first visit Dr Crook had already reviewed my MRI and xrays from a previous Dr. After asking some questions and doing some motion checks we discussed a plan of treatment. I received three injections at the end of which I can now walk without pain and no pain pills. Feels wonderful. Dr. Crook is truly amazing. I would recommend him to anyone who has pain issues from back problems. Both his office in Tempe and Scottsdale are professional and all of his staff are very caring.
This was the best experience for a scary situation but Dr. Crooks and his wonderful staff were second to none. He explained the procedures and gave us confidence that he could help us.
