Sorry I can't give no stars. As a regretful Bluegreen Owner, I was invited to Shore Crest SC to see one of the companies exciting properties. I thought I was going to see a new or remodeled resort only to find that I was going to get another sales pitch to extract another large sum of money to enhance my already useless Bluegreen points. It is impossible to book a vacation since all times at most resorts are taken unless you can book far in advance and have the newest "top rated" status. We got pitched at the AZ State Fair for a 3 night trip to Vegas+a family trip for 2 days Disney+tickets to a show in Vegas with no taxes involved. The only thing we had to do was attend a 2 hour presentation in Vegas. So we took this offer. Day 1 So we show up at Bluegreen Club 36 is Las Vegas. As we're checking in, a lady is checking out. They asked her how her stay was and she responds that it wasn't that great. They ask if there was anything they could do and she just told them that she put it on the survey. I have been a Bluegreen owner since May 2016. Since May we have tried to book a room several times at several different resorts. From day one we have been unsuccessful. We have also come to realize that unless you purchase a ton of points you will never be able to book a room as the points needed are terribly high. I can't express enough how disappointed we have become and what a waste of money this has been. They really have their sales pitch on point. Lady doing the sales pitch wouldn't let us leave after we already did the two hours presentation. Just kept dragging it when we told her no multiple times. Told her our kids were at the Universal Studios park waiting for us because we were told only two hours max and their last text to us was that their phones were dying (then truly died) and that we were supposed to meet them at a certain spot in the park at a certain time. We have been owners for 33 years and while the experience can be stressful at times, it comes down to getting to know the in's and out's of how the timeshare works and making it work for you. We have been treated well over the years by Blue Green and our vacation experiences have taken us to many wonderful resort properties. We have always been greeted by friendly and helpful individuals trying to make our stay the best it can be. We have enjoyed Bluegreen Vacations for the three years we have been members. We have appreciated the excellent friendly service we have received at every resort we have visited.
