We intend to end our timeshare agreement with Bluegreen. Bluegreen's salespeople made many false promises and coerced us to enter this agreement. If it were possible to give a less than 1 star rating I would in regards to BlueGreen Resorts. My wife and I purchased our timeshare more than 15 years ago but due to a chronic illness have only been able to use it 4 times. When we contacted BlueGreen about being released from our contract (which we were assured we'd be able to do when we bought the product) they informed us the purchase was in perpetuity (in other words for our life time and that of all future descendants) and they could not release us. We have tried discussing our issues with Bluegreen, but they can't seem to find the time to even respond to us. They did have the gall to suggest we try selling the timeshare if we were unhappy with it. We can only imagine how fruitless an effort it would be to try selling these overpriced, unsatisfying timeshares. Simply trying to "rent" the points is almost a full-time job, one of which we don't really want to do just so that we can pay maintenance fees. To Whom It May Concern, The picture Bluegreen paints of enticing vacations whenever you want is in all seriousness a nightmare. They should know with everything we pay we could purchase a vacation package in full three times over and actually use it and go somewhere we want to. Hello, I have been a member with Bluegreen since 2018 and have yet to use any of my points or go on a vacation. Funny story since signing up for this and the automatic monthly payments and semi annual maintenance fees I've had no money to actually go on a vacation. I even tried to use the free voucher I was gifted and it indeed wasn't free at all, it required down payments and fees for the vacation stay. Hello, I am a proud United States MARINE CORPS disabled veteran on a fixed income and I have to admit I have been prescribed high blood pressure medicine since signing my dreaded contract with Bluegreen. I am posting this in hopes someone who is thinking about getting a Bluegreen Vacation timeshare reads this. This is a waste of money! We have been dealing with this company since 2015. We have been paying a monthly fee along with the maintenance fees that are yearly. It is a lot more money than they made it out to be and you will never be able to book when you want to! It's not worth the hassle.

This company canceled my reservation and refused to refund me. I should be able to get my money back. They were nice when they got my money. I booked January 25, 2020 and they canceled us on 3/22/2020. They said I'm passed the 30 day cancellation from booking date. I was shocked. Y'all canceled us and now it's my fault because it's passed the 30 days. This is wrong. When will it ever change?
