I am reaching out to you in hopes of coming to a resolution regarding my ownership with Bluegreen Vacations, Inc. I have attempted to contact them multiple times to review my concerns and haven't received a single response. Bluegreen Vacations has completely failed us with our timeshare ownership. We have tried contacting them but they refuse to reply to us. They don't care about owners' complaints and don't bother to provide any customer service. We are desperately trying to rid ourselves of the timeshare contract that is financially destructive and completely unusable. Bluegreen peddles their timeshares as a great investment that will only increase in value. I was told my timeshare will save me money and save my kids money later on. I was told it would be easy to use. I was told there will never be any issues getting the times and destinations I want. Our experience with Bluegreen has been absolutely deplorable. This nightmare began with our first sales presentation when we were bombarded by multiple salespeople with a constant flow of paperwork, never bothering to make sure we fully understood what we were actually committing to. During a vacation to Myrtle Beach South Carolina on 8-31-2019 we attended a timeshare meeting with BlueGreen. We were pressured into signing up for a timeshare we didn't want or need. Our sales representative was named ****** **** and cost us over $18,000. We were never informed of a lot of information we feel that we would need to know with the timeshare going forward. Hello, We are going to make this short and sweet unlike Bluegreen's long presentations which should really be called manipulation. There are way more unavailable dates than there are available. We are required to pay over 16% interest, so most of our payments go to interest. This is a total waste of money and not to mention the total opposite of relaxing. It is hands down a burden. Bluegreen, Getting a once in a lifetime deal huh? You pressured me and made me feel obligated to sign this. I cannot use this timeshare, with unforeseen health issues I can no longer travel anymore. Bluegreen sales reps do not take no for an answer! When we refused the offer at one of their "free" presentations, another sales agent was brought over to amp up the pressure and make a new offer. This went on for hours. They told us we could use points to go anywhere anytime, which we discovered was a big lie. They also promised last-minute travel at greatly reduced prices, which we have discovered are never available. And, making reservations is a nightmare!
