Bluegreen has not reached out to us at all in regards to our concerns! We reached out to them back in November and have yet to hear anything! We are so fed up with this company that we can't think straight! They have taken their money from us and now they could care less about helping us out of it! They promise the best customer service but we have yet to believe it! Bluegreen Sales Rep took advantage of the fact that I knew NOTHING about the timeshare experience. He convinced my wife and I to buy 5000 points for $8000 on an interest free Barclays card. He told us we could rent out weeks to pay for the card cause that's what he does and is very successful it. So we purchase the points with the notion we could rent out our weeks but that's not the case! We've tried renting out weeks at popular resorts to no avail. Another unhappy customer. Owned for too many years to count. They make things look so good at the beginning, only to stuck with something you have to try to use so you can justify paying the massive maintenance fees each year. Too much to vent on here. Sales staff is super rude. Even told by one at an update "I understand why you wouldn't want to make an additional purchase on your salary." As Bluegreen owners for more than twenty years, we've had many memories as we've raised our family and shared time with our extended family and friends. Our only regret is we purchased a timeshare with another vacation organization. Maybe that's one reason we really can appreciate our experience with Bluegreen. I gave Blue Green 4 stars because there is always room for improvement in everything. That being said, we have been BG owners since 2006, and have enjoyed every vacation we have taken using our timeshare.

We have been owners now for about 20 years. There are always ups and downs in working with timeshare organizations and Bluegreen is no exception. Sales folks tell you all the high points and what they want you to know. Sometimes programs within the organization are stretched to the limit by the sales people. We were another family that was played by Bluegreen sales reps and taken advantage of in numerous ways! They used the fact that we were family oriented to purchase a timeshare. They persuaded us into thinking that this was a way for us to make memories with our family, as we were a newly married couple. The vice president even came in to try to sell to us! We love our Bluegreen timeshare. Educate yourself and take trips and it is a good way to vacation in outstanding resorts.

Buyer beware. Typical timeshare promises with no reality attached. Do NOT use Barclays card as there seems to be a special business relationship and neither will initiate to refund down payment monies after services returned. Have tried contacting both and both state 'nothing they can do' - so we paid for something we have no access to and can not use.
