Encountered such a lovely employee. Had the most welcoming and inviting smile and provided me with the most efficient and quick service. Need more employees like her- will definitely be coming back!
Heres an honest review of the place. I went there wanted my roots touched up and toner/colour to remove my brassy orange tones wanted a normal dark brown without the orange tones which I stated. He clearly didnt want to listen properly and goes my hair is too complicated. He was one of the hairstylist (older guy) was so rude. Had I seen the other bad reviews I would have never gone there in first place! He basically said I was too particular and he could not do my hair as he doesn’t want the fuss lol.
