Grumpy staff. Just went for 10 year anniversary and no one cared or made special efforts despite my numerous phone calls to the spa, front desk, and concierge.
We just stayed at the Pier House last week for the first time. We were in town for my daughter's wedding. I rarely write a review after staying some where, but I wanted to let others know how Amazing this resort is. Most important was the customer service. This staff was so accommodating. They took care of everything we possibly needed. Everyone was so friendly and made us and all of our friends & family feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again. R. Lukowski
