we have stayed at the Pier House roughly 15 or 16 times with our next trip coming April 2016. You just can't beat it. We have stayed 2 or 3 other places but I totally love it here. Last year we brought friends down with us (their 1st time ever in Key West) they were impressed. Now in April we are all coming again to celebrate both of our 40th Wedding Anniversary's. I would NOT spend it anywhere else in the world
This is our second year here and we live it. From the attentive staff, great food, views and rooms, it is our favorite place to stay.
Absolutely amazing!! We are staying in the deluxe suite and the room is huge and beautiful! Food and drinks are amazing! Don't have one negative thing to say about this place!
I want to take not only the property for consistently being good but always hiring top of notch employees such as Caitlin of the catering department... I have been doing weddings there for decades and I had the privilege of working with her as well as other people on the property we didn't wedding when the weather wasn't that good it was a little drizzly out but nevertheless this young lady make sure that everything ran properly everything was on time... We had a great stay at The Pier House for our December 18th wedding. Caitlin did a great job coordinating our wedding, we loved the bar service from Dave, and Rudolph did a great job feeding us that evening. I also had a great experience at the Spa with Mike - amazing massage! Lastly, Les is the perfect doorman; he greeted everyone with a smile and a positive attitude. We had a great experience all around!
