What's not to love about world class service, gorgeous property, courteous friendly staff, great food and the perfect oasis that's right in the middle of all the excitement! My husband and I had the time of our lives September 2013, I got the much needed hiatus I longed for and will be returning and when we do it will be the Pier House!! Nothing else will do for us!
Only place I stay when in key west. Always clean, staff is always friendly & helpful beach area is beautiful and well maintained close walk to all the attractions, restaurants & bars. I'm not giving a 5 star rating only because the new owners have added a fee for parking your car during your stay.
The hotel itself it's very pretty and the private beach is lovely however we had the worst nights sleep we had all holiday when staying here. The air conditioning in the room sounded like an airplane was about to take off (no exaggeration) and it was very dark. Not inviting at all. It really wasn't worth the money and feel it's very overpriced. The upgrades to the seaview rooms are even more pricey. A little smile at the check in desk would have been nice too.
