Guest in room 169 and Ste 212. Nice facility but horrible service. Not even welcome or smile or nothing at check-in. I called front desk to change the light bulb lamp on the small desk, no respond. Young Hispanic Cleaning lady was professional, friendly and courteous, too bad the front desk clerk and staff restaurant are lacking her professionalism. I will not recommend this place to friends or family until the service improves.
Awesome hotel! Private beach & pool area with drink service. Nice big clean room and bath and the Duval street outside where all the action takes place!!
Take good care of my daughter on her 25th birthday today please !!
