I have gone to Phoenix Road Animal Hospital with all my 4 legged children since they first opened their business in the building next door. Dr. Lisa has always been kind, understanding and sympathetic through all of the illnesses my pets went through. The ladies on staff have always been loving and kind. Dr. Lisa was not available when my pets needed to be put down, because it was during the weekend and after hours when she was not available or on call so I totally understood and went to the 24 hour Animal Hospital in Kalama... read more
I absolutely love everyone there! They have been so good to us for many many years! I would never go anywhere else! I had to put my fur baby Cinda down last week. One of the worst things I've ever had to do. They were so kinda, compassionate & caring. They let me spend as much time as I needed to be with Cinda after she passed. All the 5 star ratings on here speak for themselves!!
I love the calm and friendly energy of the staff! We moved into the area this past summer and I feel fortunate we have them as our vet now (and we came from an awesome vet previously). It's a no frills (no extra costs or unnecessary tests), get the job done, calm and friendly feel good place for you and your pet. I highly recommend them! :0)
As the emergency "On Call Vet " they rate a 0. I called 6 area Vets last nite, including my 2 regular Vets. All of the Vets had this place as the "On Call Vet". I called at 8:10 and again at 8:38 last night. VM said if it was before 10:00 pm a call back would be within 15 minutes. I am still waiting for them to call me back. It is now 11:00 am the next day. I finally was able to euthanize the dog from a horrible slow death no thanks to Phoenix Road Animal Hospital.
Took our female cat Charleigh to be fixed and they took really good care of her. Extremely happy. Thank you
