The staff at Phoenix Road are some of the most amazing people I have met. Exceptional care, always informative, never rush you no matter how many questions you have and always willing to help you. My dog passed away recently and the staff was so kind and understanding. They took the time to send a letter and that truly meant a lot to me!
Both of my dogs are cared for exceptionally well at this office! All the techs and assistants are super caring and Dr. Bucht is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Bucht was also great when we lost our ancient family kitty a few years back- I could tell she cared and empathized with our grief. I will definitely continue to bring my pets here!

They have been amazing to all of my parents animals and mine as well. My dogs go in once a year and they are always so professional and very sweet. They also go in once a month for nail trimmings. Well that one is a handful. my dogs arent mean but they panic and flail everywhere. also pee so it's a little rough but everytime we have went they have been very nice and tried to calm them down by giving them treats and petting them.
