Dr Bucht is a very caring Vet, who takes the time to listen to the Furbabies Parents, and knows exactly how to treat them. I recommend them highly, I have taken both my dogs and cats there and they are each treated with compassion, and care.

Phoenix Animal Hospital was the emergency after hours vet for my usual vet. My cat had a stroke at 8 pm. I was told to contact Phoenix. I called at 8:30 and 9pm and left messages. Phoenix was supposed to be the emergency vet until 11 pm. No one ever called me back! What good is a emergency vet if he doesn’t call back?
I would like to say I would never bring a pet here. I caught a feral cat that was in TERRIBLE condition in my live trap. I called and was told to take this poor soul to Hartford Animal Control that they would not euthanize it. They just flat out would not. I was able to find a local vet Bangor Vet who would. I am sure this wounded animal who was scared, in pain, appreciated the shorter less stressful drive. This poor cat had a mangled rear leg, crushed ribs, broken teeth and was skin and bones. I lost my poor baby girl here. Wish I would have kept going to the Maple View Animal Hospital in Holland because this place did not end up seeming like a hospital just more like a regular vet. Still devastated & heart broken.
great vet great staff ! i've been taking my dog there since 2010. worth the drive from benton township !
