We had both cats in one carrier (larger one) for their vet apt on Thursday. We were loaned a carrier to get them home so they weren't cramped. Wonderful!
Brought my dog was charged 100.00 was told this would take care of any follow up fees.Yet they charged my girlfriend 25.00 I called and told them they sent some kind of bullshit bill for something but should of been included like said.Bad business don't appreciate being lied too at all....
Amazing staff!! They have helped us with several of our pets. The latest was our black lab, Trigger. Not only did they see him when my husband just walked in their door telling them "My dog is broken". They fit us in again to see Trigger on late notice and set up an appointment for the next day to help us figure out what was going on. Very helpful, loving, and kind!! We will continue to bring our animals here!!
The doctor and staff helped us with a mentally ill family member who had neglected his dogs. They were quick to offer assistance and understanding of the difficult situation we were in and helped get the dogs cleaned up and on the road to good health and a fresh start. The staff volunteered their own time to offer extra assistance as well. They truly love animals and have gone above and beyond to help our family in the most difficult of times. We are so very appreciative of their services!
These ladies here are family no other way to put it. Love each and everyone of them the same. Very professional but very compassionate.
We have gone there for years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Lisa and her friendly staff are awesome. My daughter still comes back from East Lansing to Phoenix Road. Thanks for your dedication to our four- footed family members.
