Formerly known as Williams Gateway Airport, it is definitely convenient for residents of the East Valley as well. The only airline that services Gateway is Allegiant Airlines, but it has several low-cost routes around the country. Took forever to get our bags. No signage as to where our bags were going to be. So glad I spent New Years Eve here.
Poor service from allegiant air, no airport personnel to answer your question, no information made available to customers. 4 1/2 hour delay at the airport. Customers not notified until arrival at the airport. Poor planning. #allegiantair
The wait while on the plane was ridiculous, waiting an half an hour on the tar mat, for what??? No one told us why we were there for that long. Really irritating.
My parents always told me if I don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all...
This is a great airport, smaller than sky harbor, nice. Security was great, had to look through my bag...candles..but they were really nice. Will be traveling alligiant often out of memphis. Love it!
