Formerly known as Williams Gateway Airport, it is definitely convenient for residents of the East Valley as well. The only airline that services Gateway is Allegiant Airlines, but it has several low-cost routes around the country. Additionally, the airport has a few car rental companies located in the main terminal.

RecommendedNice and Friendly Airport! Enjoyed My time in Phoenix/Mesa area!
If I could put a negative rating, I would. Security and staff are rude. There's also a large courtyard that you CAN'T smoke in. Passengers have anxiety and most people smoke. Think about putting in a smoking area. That would be great.
Use this airport all the time and am impressed with all their improvements and never had an issue and recommend Mesa Gateway to all my friends and family, whom also use it and have never had a problem.
I love Mesa Gateway & have had nothing but great service. I hope Allegient Air continues to fly out of this friendly airport!
Would it be too much to have a vending machine inside the terminal? All I want is a Pepsi just one pepsi. Fly sky harbor next time.
Horrific line at check in. Apparently 4 agents called in sick today. I am traveling with 2 young children and no one has offered assistance. They would not give my husband a pass to help me. Thankful for the kindness of strangers.
Great location and a good alternative to Skyharbor, but unfortunately the only Airline that flies in our out of here is Alligiant and they are the worst an most dishonest airline in the sky. Don't get caught up in their low price advertising. They are actually more expensive than most other carriers when you add in all their hidden charges. We have had nothing but bad experiences with them. I wish other Airlines would fly into Phoenix-Gateway. (Like Alaska)
