2nd time to fly allegiant and delayed at gate both times...shame on me..

RecommendedFor a small airport I like it, can't complain. The best part about this airport is the Flight Deck Cafe but unfortunately it's closing forever on the 15th. Sad to see it close down me and my family always enjoy their breakfast buffet on weekends.
Absolutely no organization...allegiant has lost my business for ever...
Family showed up at the airport to leave. You guys close the gates 15 minutes before the flight. They showed up 3 Minutes late because your baggage department got their car seats jammed when trying to check them!!! They weren't allowed on the plane! Management was extremely rude to my family here visiting. And to top it off, the flight was rain delayed and they sat and stared at their plane for 45 minutes!!!! You guys couldn't let them on?? 2 adults and 2 little kids. .. rudest most ridiculous experience ever! We will never ... read more
Aligiant need to start weighing the peiole not the bags. I paid for a seat and the guy next to me took half of it
worse airport ever, customer at check in is horrible! not organized what so ever! , older lady obviously she didn't have her boarding pass only itinerary the check in person kept antagonizing the old lady kept asking the same question over and over YELLING AS IF SHE IS DEAF "WHERE IS YOUR BOARDING PASS" the old lady asked her to stop yelling. horrible horrible people skills whats sick? all the other fucked up? all the other front desk clerks just watched didn't help the old lady with her two heavy bags to check in.
