I have experienced pretty good service at PMG. The front counter usually moves fairly quick and pretty friendly. Maybe the only feedback is that there are only two security people that I have seen which can make the line a little slow. There are though 4-5 lines for the actually security check. It only slows down when people don't move fast through it.
