DROP AND GO, DROP AND GO! Repeated to EVERY passenger on Sunday 1/15/17. RUDE Military style treatment! What I experienced and how I saw Elderly passengers was obscene! Your TSA customer service needs great improvement! Will try to fly into another airport from now on. REALLY TSA is it in the job description to HUMILIATE passengers?

Flight was an hour and fifteen minutes. It took 55 minutes to get one bag. Could have had a roundtrip flight in the same amount of time.

The li'l airport airport sure beats the larger airports. If you knew when is flying in the future it makes it much easier and faster to check in online. It really sped up my getting ready to board the plane.

I fly Allegiant air about 6-8 times per year. That being said, I've never had a problem with Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. My experience has always been good - employees are friendly, airport is extremely clean and the upgrades made in the past few years have been nice. The mobile units for the additional gates are not my favorite area to wait in but that's the least of my worries. In the past, there seemed to be a very long wait for TSA and I once had an agent "check my hair", which seemed a little odd but other than that, ... read more
