TSA was friendly, flight left on time and arrived on time. Seats on Allegiant are a little crowded, but, the flight was great.

I have used Allegiant a lot but on November 4th I was flying home for a funeral. We were scheduled to leave mesa at 130 but got a text saying two hour delay. Checked accordingly and told they would have yet another delay. At approx 7 we were put on a plane for close to an hour as mechanical issue we unloaded from the plane n taken to a building with no restaurants by this time we should have been landing in Rockford. Have travelled through this airport a lot, our son lives there! Very disappointing when you flight is scheduled to leave at 4:04 than notified to leave at 4:45 and sit in airport till 5:30 before we leave with no other notification!!!! Wish another airline would have a straight flight to sky harbor I would definitely try it😁😁😁

I've heard horror stories from other people of the long delays experienced when flying out of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway, but I had never experienced them myself until yesterday. I arrived two hours early as my flight confirmation instructed, pre checked in online, and went through security fairly quickly only to sit there and wait two hours for the flight to actually leave. I, too, was waiting to travel out of Mesa on Saturday. Although the flights were delayed because of security concerns, I thought it was handled very well. I watched out of the window as passengers were being deplaned. Imagine the difficulties the airport staff had to endure getting wheelchair bound out safely, parents with children, getting them to safe areas and trying to keep people calm and comfortable. God bless you for doing your best keeping us safe in the air.

If I am rating the airport, it is a cute airport. Clean. However, the carrier was another story. They really need to get a better carrier option in there. I know they are a budget airline, but a lot of unprofessional people who work with the airline part. But the airport itself was nice and security was quick.

So far I have never had a problem and I've now flown about 6 times without a allegiant. The entire staff has always been kind and helpful. I've read that there have been a lot of cancelled flights but thank God that has never happened to me and they have always been on time.
