Philpott Ford Service department and rental service is terrible! The rental service doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground because they all tell you something different when it comes to how their rates and deposits work. Service department didn't do anything to fix our oil problem but we walked out 650.00 dollars later. Never again!

We just bought our 2nd car from Philpott. The first car was a 2007 Avalon, and the second is our new 2015 Avalon. Once again, for the second time, our experience was outstanding.
