As always, I called Sharon and ask to have service on my FLEX done. She scheduled a time to take my car in and I am pleased to say that she did a great job of getting the service I needed done in a timely manner. She always does the extra little perks for me that at my age you really appreciate.
I had a great exprience with Philpotts used dealership and their service department. My local service place wanted to charge me $300 to fix a problem bc they claimed it wasnt covered by my warranty. Ms Lisa made sure I was completely taken care of and the service department got me in and out in less than an hour
What do I know? People were nice. The team got the job done in record short time. Paid the bill...out! That sounds great to me
Warranty work on Mustang. Excellent, as usual. Had to keep it over weekend Offered me a free rental. Didn't need it. Also have new Philpot pickup
I was very happy with my service in being restored with a new replacement of a tire by service department thank goodness I purchased the insurance for my tires, Pillpott didn't even check to see if had insurance until I asked them to check , you know when buying the car you forget what all you purchased because at first I was going to be charged for new tire, because the tire had a spike close to being in side they said it couldn't be plugged but buying the car at Philpott Motors you would think they would check to see if th... read more
I received excellent service,. The service ladies were nice and listen carefully !! Good service ,but delayed one day on parts ! Give it a four and half !!
Took my vehicle in just for general maintenance after hitting 100,000 miles. Service was excellent and Explorer runs like brand new.
