I had a screw in one of my tires and went in to have the tire fixed. Amber looked at it and said the tire couldn't be patched due to the location on the screw. So I asked how much a new tire would cost. Amber immediately told me she would check to see if I had purchased the INSURE (?) tire coverage when I bought my truck. Turns out, I had purchased it. So Amber saved me a couple hundred dollars by using my INSURE coverage. Thanks, Amber, You're the best!
I bought 3 vehicles this year from Philpott Ford. They were very easy to deal with and didn't give me the run around! They also gave me a great deal! Thanks Mark Fiorenza, Jimmy Haining and Bob Thewman for all the help!! I'll be back!
I went to look for a new F-250, talked with Mark who took my wife and I out to see all the features available on a F250 in stock. We drove it and loved it. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock so Mark, Jimi, and Bob searched for two days to find the EXACT truck I wanted.
Went in to buy a small SUV or midsize car and got no run around just up front pricing. Kendall was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and helped with a side by side comparison. After I decided which to buy he pointed out a higher valued model that was left over as the '18 models will be out soon. I ended up with a nicer model than the base model I was looking at for only a slightly higher price. Best of all my salesman wasn't pushy, wasn't trying to sell me on the top of the line model. The salesperson with whom I worked, Adam Carter, was outstanding. Working with him, I was able to get just the car I wanted -- a 2017 Edge Sport. By the way...for anyone who is thinking about the Edge Sport...it is a phenomenal car!
My husband Dennis & I decided to revisit Philpott after enjoying our 2013 Camry & 2013 Tacoma Sport Truck! We found our very favorite sales person Shelley Beckett and once again we were not disappointed! We drove off in a new 2017 Barcelona Red, Rav 4! It's been 2 weeks now & we're still pleased! Two very happy repeat customers!
After a run-in with a load of pea-gravel on the highway, I had to put my F-150 in the shop for repairs. They did a fantastic job! The color match is perfect AND I got the truck back detailed and smelling brand new! I'll be a Philpott customer for life!
I was fortunate to have Mr. Mark Bowden to sell me my last two trucks! He took his time to help me find exactly the perfect truck for me. Patient while I made my final decision. He answered all my questions and stayed late. All in all I would suggest that anyone let Mark put them in their next vehicle. And stay away from the neighbors across the street. Lol. FORD TOUGH!!
