I just purchased a new Tacoma from them and Mrs. Ledoux made it painless and expedited the process quickly. This is my second vehicle to purchase from there and I will definitely be coming back for my next one!

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from philpott and have always been more than satisfied! Everyone is always so nice and helpful and anytime I needed anything from the service department, they fixed me right up! If you're looking for a new or pre-owned go see Chris Sturgis and he will take excellent care of you! He even has some sweet dance moves! We love philpott!
Took my Hyundai in for A/C repair. After examining my car the service adviser said there was a hole in my compressor, probably from road hazard. My warranty had expired, so 8 hours and $739.37 dollars later I left Philpott Motors. My A/C runs great, but now the seat warmers do not work. They worked fine on my way to the dealership. When I called the service manager he said it was impossible they were responsible for the seat warmers not working because they worked primarily on the compressor. Bought my car brand new 7 months ago and it has 12000 miles on it. I went to get my tires rotated for the second time and they are telling me I need new tires!! I am now having to take off work and drop off my ONLY car for them to see whats wrong. Not happy!
We are loyal Philpott customers. Their vehicles are superb and fair pricing without hassle. Love the service department too.
As long as Bob is there I will not do business with Philpott Motors again
