Philpott has always taken care of us, they have a great staff who helped us purchase our last two cars and we continue to bring our cars there for maintenance. We highly recommend Philpott motors. Our favorite salesman, Derron Rogers, is great to work with and will do what it takes to get you the vehicle you want!
Philpott Motors sucks I have always purchased my vehicles from the until recently. My husband bought a truck only 4 months ago and purchased a warranty and the sorry dealership wants him to pay 1000 in repairs in a vehicle that was only bought 4 months ago!!! That 1000 cost them 20,000 because now I am car shopping and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!
I give our experience, the sales staff and the dealership a 5 star! They made buying a new vehicle stress free. I LOVE my Ford Explorer. I would recommend Philpott Motors all day long. Derron Rogers.... We will be back.
Darron was a fantastic salesman. He was no pressure and great to work with. When we came in for one last surprise test drive and he was with someone else he asked courtney to take us and she was just as relaxing and helpful. My husband loves his new mustang! Thank you for everything.
We bought our first new car from the Hyundai dealership. We were very strict on monthly payments and made it almost impossible to get the financing we need, but the management and finance team made it happen! Our sales person was Justin Frederick, he was great! He knew everything we needed to know about the car, never pushed us into the sale, didn't hide details from us, just a great salesman! I think we're Hyundai drivers for now on!

I had the BEST experience here yesterday! Which was a relief after having a horrible one at another dealer the day before. I came at 9 in the morning and looked at a Hyundai Santa Fe and Justin Frederick was very helpful. I left and came back at 4:30 and by time I left with the car it was after 9PM. Justin was very patient, helpful and friendly the whole time.
