Bill Johnson was my salesman, and he is excellent at his job. He was very patient with me, answered all 200 of my questions, even if he had to find out the answer then get back with me. He is very personable and professional at the same time. He knew what my note had to be at or under and made it work for me. The vehicle I traded in was from Philpott also, and I love the fact I was able to buy from there again. Keep up the great work! BTW, I bought a 2015 Toyota Rav4 XLE. :)
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM! You will spend most of your mileage, gas, and time driving back and forth to their shop. The shop never fixes everything they are suppose to. And what they do fix doesn't work within a week after you get it back. They say they will have you a rent car ready then they don't. You schedule a appointment but, they don't know who you are or what you are there for when you get there. The GM avoids you and never calls you back. All in all horrible decision. Don't do it!
I bought a Hyundai Elantra this week from Sean Morris! Sean made my buying experience the best I have ever had. He let me take my time in deciding which vehicle I liked and matching it with something in my price range! I will definitely recommend Philpott and Sean the next time someone is looking. Hey...remember not being able to "deal" with us on the 2015 Elantra Limited? Well...we just rolled out of South Loop Hyundai with one...gave us the amount we wanted for our trade AND we paid what we wanted drive out! Your unprofessional ism and overall "don't care" attitude was also a reason we will never come back!!

Chris Hoffpauir was extremely helpful with the whole process of purchasing my FJ Cruiser! His communication skills were excellent. I purchased this vehicle out of state and he treated me like I was in his showroom. The vehicle was exactly as described (he even crawled under it to give me an undercarriage report! The finance department beat my personal bank rate and the delivery was less than 24 hours!!! I got a great deal. Thanks guys!!!
