My wife and I had a wonderful time in looking, driving and buying our new Explorer from Philpotts and Mike Allen. He is a true and talented employee. I was very pleased with all of the information and patience he had with us. It was also a great opportunity to see and visit with my old friend, Daren Granger. I would highly recommend both of these fine gentlemen to those who are looking to buy a new automobile.

We have had both of our Ford vehicles in for A/C repairs and routine maintenance recently. Worked with Tabitha McCray the 1st time and requested her during our 2nd visit. She is great to work with! Friendly, returns my calls and keeps updated on the status of our vehicles and is very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles. We noticed after the 1st A/C repair that our DVD players weren't working. The service department is wonderful! Amber helped me tremendously in purchasing new tires. The waiting room is nice, and the entire department was extremely kind. They were fast and efficient, and I will definitely be coming back! Good job, Philpott!
Took our F 150 in for oil change and tire rotation. Amber Miller was our service advisor. She was nice and checked everything. Called us in about an our and told us our Pick up was ready. Everyone was very nice adn all taken care of.
Took my truck to philpott for repairs after it was vandalized. Tina's group in the body shop did an excellent job.
My daughters car was totaled due to an automobile accident and used them through an insurance agency. I was very hesitant, however, their customer service was beyond excellent. I was treated as if I was their only customer. They handled me promptly and attentively.
Thank you for your time and patience especially with my kiddos running around. So excited Edgar was able to get me into the 2010 Chrystal town and country sure beats being cramped in an 08 Kia optima with 4 kiddos we are already enjoying the room it offers!! Wonderful experience!
