Me and my wife bought a Terrain and Had an awesome experience with our salesman Damon. However, if I would have known the finance guy would be so condescending and talk to us like we we're dumb for not paying they're expensive "premium" warranty plan I would have never bought a car here. Because of the experience with finance we will not be back here again unless there is a different employee. I do give props to Damon though for an excellent job as a salesman and he is the only reason I gave the 2 stars.
We moved our Toyota business from Orr Toyota to Phil Wright Toyota a few years ago do to their exceptional service department and issues we were having with Orr. We have been hooked on them since. We decided this weekend to trade in our 2010 Prius and we new Phil Wright toyota was the place to go. As expected, the sales and Finance folks were just as awesome as the service department folks. Thank you Eric, Brody and Antonio for making my day!!!
These guys are the tops in my book! They sell quality vehicles that last a lifetime. I would never go anywhere else for purchasing vehicles. People can you remember when out of town or state dealerships contributed to our community? These folks support a wide variety of charities and schools throughout the River Valley, Pope, Yell, Logan, Johnson counties all benefit from there support. They are local. Shop local spend local.
