They are so easy to deal with. Lavern Floyd called me on Mon. told me he had a new car for me and paperwork would be ready to sign when I got there. Went this morning and took less than 2 hours to get paperwork done and keys to my new Buick Cascada Convertible. Lavern is amazing and will deal with him again if I ever do buy another car. I think this one is a keeper tho. Thank you Lavern Floyd and Phil Wright Autoplex for a great new car buying experience.
My husband and I got a used vehicle here yesterday, and Chad Cain treated us with the up most respect. I know we will refer people to them and our son will be buying from them soon. God bless.. five stars!!
I only take my car here I did not buy it here but let me tell you these people go above and beyond every time.. I had problems with my maintenance contract and they helped me get it fixed. Great staff and great service..
Do not take any warranty work there. They will not fix it. Was told today from the general manager that they don't care if it's fixed or not if you don't buy the vehicle from there. Mine has been there 3 times for the same issue. Got it back and it's still got the same issue. Going somewhere else to get it fixed now.
Absolutely loved doing business with Danny Hipps and Craig Henson. They made the whole experience of buying my car easy and pain free. They even went above and beyond to accommodate ME. They are all about the customers and doing what they have to in order to keep us happy. If you are looking for a car, take it from me, go to Phil Wright Autoplex!!!
Called them at 2:00 pm , ask about a certain car was told it's available, set appointment to meet less than 2 hours later drove from little Rock , to find out car was sold . And salesman acts like no big deal , said you can gripe to manager , ands it now 2 hours later , still shows available on website , talk about great service, not to mention had cash in hand , I hate any thing to do with car lots !!
