Everytime I've been there has been a pleasant experience. Excellent service and friendly staff makes a difference.
Got an oil change today, took an 1 hour an 15 minutes to do, didn't reset my dash screen said I had 16% oil life left when I got in my truck to leave, all 4 tires had a different air pressure, spilt oil on the manifold so I had to smell burning oil all day, didn't grease the front end parts, had a nail in a tire I already knew about and they came and ask me if I wanted them to fix it, I said no and the fixed it anyways and left the tire plug sticking out about inch past tire tread. We went in looking to buy today & by far met the most rude person to date in my life. I'm sorry but as a salesman that is not the way to earn our business. FYI to the company if that salesman treats all his customers like that then yall are losing a lot of business. Making a valid point is one thing being rude and hateful is another.
I think this is the best place I have been for service yet. Great service, very friendly staff, reliable!! I will buy my next vehicle here, it will be my 3rd one from here when the time come!!
Excellent service and very professional staff. I took my vehicle in to be worked on, they gave me a loaner and I had my truck back in the same day. It was a pleasure doing business with PWA!
