My hubby and I went in yesterday to have the airbag replaced in my 2015 4-Runner. Andy, the Sales guy, came up and started a conversation with us. I told him we were just killing time during the repair and we were not interested in a purchase. I recently purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra with them and to say we’ve had issues with the vehicle itself is an understatement.
