I took my mother here for her bday & she absolutely loved it! Staff was great. All the restaurants was open. The outdoor & indoor pool stayed open until midnight. We sat outside enjoying the bon fire, which was very nice. Although I didn't bring my kids, they had plenty of activities going on for kids this weekend. The beds was super comfy and my mom needed a wheelchair, which they had on site and they also accommodated us with an accessible room. Most of staff dont speak or understand the english language. Gonna live and work here then learn the language and the terminology. Housekeeping was in our room when we had the do not disturb sign out and kind a funny my bottle of pop was leaning against our door without my bottle huggy on it whrn i retraced my steps back to our room when i realized i had dropped my pop. Maid was around the corner when i left the room but no where to be found when i went back not even 5 minutes later.
3 pools, talk about an option!! Staff was GREAT !! Would definitely love to come back!!

We stayed here for 5 nights for a dance competition and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My 12th floor tower room was clean and spacious, beds comfy, great view, fridge and microwave, bathroom nice, flatscreen tv... loved our room. Kids really enjoyed the 2 pools and hot tub. Staff very friendly and common areas fun. Can't say one bad thing about this place. We will definitely stay here again!
