Excellent service, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Yesterday I had to wait a very long time to have brakes repaired because they said Rotors had to be replaced, so we had to wait for them to be delivered. Because of the extended wait they gave me a ten percent discount. Wasn’t a whole lot but I appreciated it and just another example of pleasing the customer. Excellent customer service!!

Bought my 99 Cartier from the original owner 7 years ago and have taken it to Pfieffer ever since for all service. They treat me like I bought it there. Every time has been a first class experience!! A loaner (new) everytime I've needed one.. They have helped me keep it running like new even though 147,000 miles. They would probably like to sell me a new one but their service is on my side. THANK YOU service dept....
