Can't say enough about the service department. Everyone is so helpful and extremely happy with their prices.
For the past five or more years I have had my vehicles serviced at Pfeiffer Lincoln. The oil change prices are a great value that include a multi point check, tire rotation & weather permitting a car wash too. My main reason for returning to Pfeiffer is I feel like I receive personalized service compared to an 'assembly line' process.that I experienced at a couple other local Ford dealers.
Always friendly helpful people waiting on me when I'm there.

I have had all my service work done at Pfeiffer since we bought our MKX in 2012. Craig is our service representative and does an outstanding job for me. They are fair, don't high pressure sell an unneeded repair, don't up charge, have great deals on tires...and the list goes on. I have absolutely NO reason to take my vehicle anywhere else for service.

Pfeiffer Lincoln staff and salespeople are Fantastic! Always friendly and Tom Elliott, with whom I did the sales part on my new 2010 MKS from beginning meet to two weeks later getting the vehicle, is so great at what he does. He kept in communication with me over almost a two week period while I got finances set and kept the car on hold for me.
