I took my Lincoln MKX to Pfeiffer Lincoln in Grand Rapids because my brakes were making a noise and they checked my brakes and agreed with me that there was a problem. They fixed them and told me what other work I would need in the near future. They was extremely polite and advised me when I should call to schedule another appointment but it was not due at the time. Believe it or not my repair wasn’t expensive. Pfeiffer Lincoln is the BEST overall in Customer Service, Salesmanship and Quality! I love my MKX and I actually enjoy the Service Department which all are very knowledgeable and efficient when it comes to just and oil change or tire change to any concerns you might have with your vehicle. My SUV always runs great and I have not had a problem with it what-so-ever! This company knows how to treat people when it comes to car purchasing this is the place to go! kLk
We have purchased 10 cars within our family from Pfeiffer. We have been treated very well during the purchases and after. I'm currently driving a 2006 Saturn Vue and I've received better service from Pfeiffer than from GM dealerships or Mom and pop service centers.
I like the service dept. at Pfeiffer and the way they take care of our vehicle. When you leave there with your repaired vehicle, you know it is repaired right. then you drive home with a fresh wash job .

We have bought our last two vehicles there. Our salesman James Balder is the best! And they have the best service department also! Always get a great loaner car, and they come and get mine and bring it back washed!
