RecommendedZach McKeever was my service writer and he did a great job in getting the repair to my Lincoln MKT done. He worked quickly with my warranty company and set expectations correctly with timing for starting repair on the car. Had a couple snags, one can be blamed on the postal service with shipping the part, and the other was so minor I just stopped by for a 20 min fix (mechanic missed one electronic connection in door). I purchased my MKZ from Mike McCoy on 12/6/13. The experience was great. He showed me a couple of cars. I drove the MKZ. We came back and I said if you can pull it together by close I'll drive her home!! I was on a binge showing day! She was definitely a whim purchase! By the end of the day, he had lined up multiple options. By the end of the third day, I was driving my car home.
