I had a great experience at this dealer. The salesman, Tom Elliot, sent me individual photos because there were none online, yet. NO Pressure, that's wonderful. The finance man, Ray Neill, was also, No Pressure and easy to work with. Prepared my options in advance of my appt to complete the sale, explained my options and their differences and made it all a smooth and stressless process. In this time of Covid, those are things that are very appreciated.
I bought a 2018 Subaru Outback from Pfeiffer Lincoln. This was my first car purchase and it was during the pandemic when sales were hard to find. Overall, I had a concern about the head gasket but was told that it should not be an issue. Now, 6 months later, the car needs a complete engine reseal. I spoke with Mark over the phone and was disappointed to hear that nothing could be done. Ultimately, it was a feeling of being taken advantage of and not the first car buying experience that I was hoping for.

Bought a used 2014 BMW X3 from them on sept 8, turns out it had a bad electric water pump which would cause it to overheat and tell me to turn the engine off after 40+ min drives. First issue with the car happened 7 days after sale. Ethan called me back basically saying I should’ve bought an extended warranty because a water pump is not covered by the 30 day 50/50 power train warranty that comes with their used cars since it’s “not internal to the engine.” Would not recommend buying a used car here. The 2 men I dealt with were friendly & professional. David was very helpful in explaining all the buttons on the car since I've never owned a Lincoln. He programmed everything for me before I drove away. Would definitely recommend them.
Safe clean and friendly business
Very bad experience with this company after a simple oil change and slow tire leak turned into a $1000.00 out of pocket expense. I was told I did not have a leak and the rims were pitted. If I continued to lose air I would have to have the wheel replaced. After having new wheels mounted and paying double what I was quoted, I woke up the next day to having a slow leak in the very tire that I had gone in there for in the first place.
